We put the fight in ArtFight.
“The Art of War” is a variant of ArtFight in which the goal is to draw art of your OCs in combat with others.
It’s a chance to get creative with what is defined as combat, and truly “attack” your friends and enemies.
How it works:
Basically everyone gets to register an OC (more in the future) and they have a set number of health points. Then you draw art of your OC fighting another one to shave off their health points. You can even collab with other artists to draw a team attack or sacrifice your OC to hit a bunch of targets.
But, people can also draw art of their OC defending themselves or healing, or even a team defense and regain health points. However, once your OC dies, it is out of the event. There are 2 sides and you keep going until time ends or one team runs out of health points.

Why did I make this? The title "ArtFight" is misleading, that's pretty much it
But, I also intend to fix the current problems with ArtFight so this system incentivizes people to draw art for a bunch of different people instead of only popular artists. And the attack and defend system I'm implementing makes it more likely to get art back instead of being ghosted
Everything is handled in discord with a bot that I'm making right now, but I'm accepting lots of feedback on how it should be run and the entire system as a whole
The event is from August 1st to October 1st, so join up NOW.
