Crimson Dawn is a grand strategy game mixed with Space Engineers. The main game takes place in Discord, where players run factions, claim sectors, expand territory, manage resources, build fleets, conduct diplomacy, form alliances, and wage wars to become major powers.
Sectors produce resources used to construct infrastructure, colonies, defenses, industry, and military forces. Valuable territory provides different economic benefits, making expansion and resource control important.
Rather than using a traditional tech tree, R&D is driven through Space Engineers. Players can design warships, fighters, stations, then submit them for approval. This allows engineering-focused players to contribute while others focus on leadership, economics, diplomacy, or military strategy.
Combat can be resolved administratively, roleplayed, or fought directly in Space Engineers, with the results affecting the strategic map.
A core design goal is preventing ship designs from deciding wars on their own. Designs should offer different strengths, weaknesses, and specializations rather than strict upgrades. More powerful equipment should come with economic, logistical, or production tradeoffs. Strategy, industry, diplomacy, logistics, and resource management should matter more than having the strongest blueprint.
Players without Space Engineers can still fully participate by purchasing designs, hiring engineers, licensing technology, contracting shipyards, or using public designs. Entire corporations could exist solely to design and manufacture equipment for other factions.

## This is a star trek encouraged RP server however nothing is enforced so you can do whatever you want, within the rules.

In a distant, uncharted nebula, far beyond the reaches of known space, your ship is gone. Destroyed. All that remains is your escape shuttle... and your will to survive.
Inspired by Star Trek Enterprise's Delphic Expanse and Voyager's Void, this Space Engineers server drops you into a hostile region where survival is uncertain, diplomacy is fragile and resources are worth killing for.

### Dark, Hostile Nebula
Explore a vast, murky expanse where visibility is low and power is scarce. Nebula storms and AI encounters make survival a challenge.
### Dynamic World Events
Discover derelict ships, respond to distress calls, or fight off surprise AI fleet raids. Events rotate regularly.
### Solo & Small Group Friendly
Max faction size: 4 players. Focus is on solo captains and tight-knit crews, not mega-factions.
### Light RP Encouraged
Roleplay is optional but welcome. Build RP trade stations (factions may be rewarded ingame)
### Limited Planets & Moons
Small, barren worlds exist, but they are barren for a reason.
## Server Rules Snapshot
### No offline raiding.
### All PvP must begin with a clear warning or RP interaction (unless already at war).
### Diplomacy, war, and trading must be handled via RP or in Discord channels.
### No griefing. No full base wipes unless both factions agree to war.
### Star Trek-themed builds encouraged, but not enforced.

Kicking off the Holiday season me and the boys are proud to announce a long sought after project to bring you guys back to the Acheron Community!! 🎄✨
The Acheron Project is a returning community favourite Space Engineers Experience which brings lore and gameplay together making every season of the server unique 📖🛠️
Plugins and mods wise we use a variety of Mods such as the Elysium tiered systems along with consolidation weapons aiming to give the server a **vanilla+** experience. Along With Cosmolink verification system and Hoover clean-up bot. ⚙️🧩
AND QUANTUM HANGAR to store your larger ships virtually out of server to keep the server running smoothly. 🚢💫
