Fish state mostly represents a militia, or more so terrorists and is only found on the "Modern" gamemode. Fish's equipment is mostly outdated Hawk Republic's vehicles, such as BMP-1, BMP-2, T-72As, Tutel ect.. They also have some trucks such as the Miki truck Model 1, Model 2, etc. They are primarily used for transporting IEDS (Improvised Explosive Device) By placing C4's on trucks and driving towards tanks, which often results in their own death and the tank being destroyed. Adding onto that, some trucks have the ability to have placeables on top of them, such as SPG-9 or the ZSU-23-2.
Overall, Fish state is pretty lacking with vehicles, relying on solo players instead of teamwork, and could be countered easily by the other nations use HE shells against them, as their trucks have no armor what so ever.
