Little is known about the events of the past, other than that they took place several thousand years ago. The only thing the current population has learned about these events is the existence of a certain danger: creatures that pursue the traveling city. Their exact nature remains unknown; all that is certain is that they are hostile and driven by a voracious desire for something. This is also why the city must, ideally, remain constantly on the move.

Neonoria is a mobile city that moves across the land, traveling from one region to another. This city was built long ago, though the reason for its construction is now unknown. Currently, no one can directly control this colossal structure; however, it is believed that the population's ancestors were extremely greedy. The city tends to remain stationary for extended periods - particularly in areas rich in resources. Only when the city comes to a halt does a staircase, stretching several kilometers in length, extend outward to connect Neonoria with the outside world.

RZZZ-BMO is a Discord server created as the social hub of the RZZZ-BMO organization (Council for the Management of Anomalous Phenomena in the Field of Biology and Organic Mutation).

The server serves as the main point of communication and coordination; however, the RZZZ-BMO organization itself operates as a broader, internally structured operational system that extends beyond the Discord platform.

The structure is based on a clearly defined hierarchy consisting of administration, a governing council, and operational personnel. RZZZ-BMO functions as an organized structure in which the Discord server is only an interface for accessing a larger organization and its internal systems.

This is not an ordinary community server — it is an entry point into a larger, structured operational framework.

We are the Furry Containment Division, a hybrid between the SCP Foundation and the furry fandom. Our mission is to secure, contain, and protect the furry community while conducting controlled containment, observation, and testing procedures within a structured facility environment.
