Lore:
Lord Ao, once more displeased, with the Spellplague ravaging Faerun; decided to re-forge the Tablets of Fate, forever sealing the deities at their current status and influence. Many Gods/Goddesses believed dead were renewed, and Faerun seemed to stabilise, for the most part. The pockets of the Spellplague that had remained were fading and vanishing. Peace began to return, and some semblance of normalcy was expected. Life became the same predictable pattern it had been decades before. Bandit Clans exercising Brutality. Cities wrapped up in Intrigue and Diplomacy.

That is.........until last year. Magically charged meteors cleaved through cities, and tore through towns, any in the impact zones being decimated or vanishing, no sign remaining of Life. Mystra has been absent from her conclaves. Shar is noticeably quiet, even moreso than usual. Many beg the question; has the Goddess of Magic been killed once more, or is this something new? Something potentially unknown to even the older figures of Faerun? Only Time will Tell.

We are doubles friendly and have absolutely NO limits on how many characters you can hold at one time: as long as you can manage a bunch of different muses at once, there are no character restrictions here! ㅤa nautiloid vessel, alien in all forms, tore across the sword coast in a blaze of psionic fire. villages burned, travelers and citizens vanished. those taken were not meant to survive. within the living corridors of the ship, captives were implanted with illithid tadpoles. parasites designed to transform mind and flesh into something no longer mortal. the beginning of ceremorphosis.

ㅤthe infected awoke among the ruins. they did not change, at least not immediately. instead, the tadpoles remained dormant. active. watching.

ㅤstranger still, the infected began to experience shared dreams. visions of a distant voice promising unity, power, belonging. a rising cult devoted to an entity calling itself the absolute spreads across the region.

ㅤthe parasite grants strength in moments of need; flicker of telepath, surges of will, authority. but every gift carries a question: why are the infected not transforming? something has altered its design.

ㅤthe absolute's influence spreads quietly and quickly beneath the surface of the sword coast. and those who survived the crash are caught in the center of it all. the transformation has not begun. yet.
