In Placemarker, you visit places in person to "check" them off a map, doing so you earn the points from that place. It's a competitive game, where you try to get the most points.

We are an active geography focused community. Currently Placemarker has primary coverage of North America, and secondary coverage of Europe, but we're hoping to expand :)
