2012, June 31st: Government Facility 177013 A.K.A. The Omega Program was hijacked releasing a chemical agent known as Zalium. Due to incompleted data transfers due to the facility being hijacked, the chemical agent's capabilities were never logged. Though one thing is known, it has the capability to weaponize civilians in which the world now calls Neo-Humans. These Neo-Humans have abilities unlike anything in his world, some became Heroes to help keep order, Villains to commit Chaos, or simply attempt to stay normal. Whatever the case, now 3 years later on the anniversary of a new species being created a multiple schools around the world have opened up. One being known as Golden Oak University....
