In an alternative timeline, portals from a mirrored version of our dimension just started appearing one day, and three rivaling superstates began conquering all of earth's governments and nations one by one. The most prosperous and powerful of these states was Imperial Pegweenia. Imperial Pegweenia is an absolute monarchy ruled by the Zeon Dynasty that follows the Gombai ideology of taking risks to better your standards of living. The empire prides itself on its traditional values, ceremonies, and discipline throughout its civil service branches.

The **Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (FRY)** was established in 1992 following the dissolution of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, and it consisted of the republics of **Serbia and Montenegro**. It existed until 2003, when it was restructured into the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro. The FRY faced political isolation, international sanctions, and armed conflicts during the 1990s, particularly in relation to the wars in Bosnia, Croatia, and later the Kosovo conflict. Despite its reduced territorial size compared to the former multiethnic Yugoslavia, the FRY retained significant military traditions.
Its armed forces were initially based on the structure of the **Yugoslav People’s Army (JNA)**, once one of the largest and best-equipped militaries in Eastern Europe. After the breakup, they were reorganized into the **Yugoslav Army (VJ)**, which consisted of ground forces, an air force, and air defense units. The military emphasized defending national sovereignty and maintaining control over disputed territories, particularly Kosovo. The VJ inherited much of the equipment, doctrine, and training methods from the former JNA, including tanks, artillery, aircraft, and a system of territorial defense. However, international embargoes, resource shortages, and political instability limited modernization and supply.
