We are a Star-Sim unit that provides serious operations as well as a relaxed atmosphere while outside of Main Ops and Trainings. Our timings allow for both Europeans and Americans to partake with relative ease. Our operations range from squad sized combat to larger scale combined operations.

These operations are usually held at 9pm UK time on a Saturday. We also hold trainings to teach the basics and more advanced designations and tactics, these trainings are not too serious as long as you listen and learn.

The New California republic is one of the first two Fallout themed style of military simulation. We are based off the NCR from New Vegas. We are a semi serious community, we give you the seriousness during the operations and not the over the board rank, yes sir, berating or drill sergeant hoops that other units will make you jump through. We offer structure, leadership courses, friendly and active environment, and a short BCT that will be faster or slower based on experiences as it is adaptable to the player. Missions can be of various type such as... Delivering supplies, Civilian rescue, insurgency removal, town defenses, liberation of towns, airfield takeover, and much more! Our enemies will also vary from Legion, BoS , Enclave , ghouls and much more depending on the mission!

Our sessions are usually zeus games and modern day campaigns that last months. Our current campaign is CDF vs ChDKZ in a western chernarussian province.

Hi, We are a server that baddie editors can chat to eachother, collab, get to know eachother and also post our edits and scenepacks/overlays. We offer a lot of useful information for example: edit audios, overlays, clips of baddies and nttv, episodes and such more. Our community is very polite and follow rules and isn't rude at all. We are a semi-realistic milsim unit who emphasize having fun instead of doing it completely right. You could call us a "fantasy" unit. We aren't necessarily any specific unit or era of unit. Every campaign we are something different, voted on by our members. From US forces in WW3, to a PMC trying to stop a zombie outbreak. Our optional fun ops can be everything from bulwarks to operating as the SCP foundation. We are relaxed on our attendance and understand that no matter what we want, life beyond the computer takes precedence over the Global Intervention Forces.

Other units are over ambitious. They want tanks, and tons of pilots, and then it's three dudes on the ground playing infantry.
This isn't ACE Combat, this isn't DCS or World of Tanks. We fight on the ground because that's where it's at.
You'll see actual squads fighting together, fireteams manuevering, squads communicating. Our scope is small but it's brutal.
We want our members to interact, to chat. We don't want a thousand pilots competing for kills or a ton of tanks driving around wiping out everything.
We clear buildings, mined obstacles, ambush convoys, and fight inch-by-inch.
You can feel the difference when you have a tight group that loves to laugh, and a group that has their entire force spread out across the map that you'll never see.
Look, the answer is clear. Come be a part of something. Not just some lone ranger experience you could get on any public server.
Be different. Be an infantryman.

At Unqualified Minds, we don't have reserved or trained slots. Instead, we expect a sense of maturity and mutual trust from our members. For example, if you want to pilot and can demonstrate your skills, then you can pilot for that operation. It's as simple as that. Additionally, we do role-slotting via the Apollo bot or spreadsheets before operation start.
Our 'vibe' is centred around the fun and enjoyment, With NO Mandatory attendance!. Whether it be in Arma 3 or other games; all are welcome. But primarily we are a community of ArmA 3 players that run a unit on good vibes, and our top priority is ensuring that you vibe with us and maybe even make some new friends along the way.
We host operations/missions all throughout the week & weekends between 1700 and 2100 Europe (GMT) Western Europe Time, and we also run joint operations with other units to connect with fellow ArmA 3 enthusiasts.
| This is what we expect of you:
• Recruits must complete Basic training (takes ~20 minutes) which is held twice a month or fill out a google form (takes ~a few minutes) to apply for SKIPPING the training ENTIRELY.
