Plot synopsis:
In the 1980s, boxing was ruled by four legends—Sugar Ray Leonard, Marvin Hagler, Thomas Hearns, and Roberto Duran—whose battles became iconic. As their era faded, a new wave of fighters rose in Japan.

The Makunouchi generation, led by Ippo Makunouchi—the only boxer to defeat Ricardo Martinez—featured talents like Takeshi Sendo, Ichiro Miyata, Ryo Mashiba, Volg Zangiev, and Ryuhei Sawamura. Their era was defined by intense, strategic battles.

But time caught up with them. As they aged and declined, most retired, while some pushed on until they couldn’t. Many became coaches, passing on their knowledge. Now, a new generation is emerging—one that may surpass them all.

— SHOWTIME, is a Hajime No Ippo roleplay server designed to give everyone a fair and fun shot at becoming one of the greats. It's centered around Boxing set in the year 2028, a look into the future for Hajime No Ippo and normal boxing. New fighters, but classic ol' boxing. If you're interested so far, why not keep on reading. It might suit your fancy!

Although SHOWTIME provides a fair shot, keep in mind the Boxing scene here is pretty heavily CRP (Combat Roleplay) focused. Which means that a good understanding of boxing and CRP gives you a boost in roleplay, but everyone fights at a fair start. Meaning that if you want to beat someone easier it will come up to how active you are. It also doesn't follow Hajime No Ippo's Storyline, although yes it is set in the same universe as Hajime No Ippo it will follow our own narrative, giving our writers here at SHOWTIME more creative leeway.*
