Conversations rise like steam from sidewalk grates, creative, unfiltered, sometimes bizarre, but always alive. In Psychosis City, people don’t have to mask the strange or unexplained corners of their mind; instead, they’re free to speak openly, explore the surreal, and connect with others who understand the hum of static behind their thoughts. It’s a place where confusion can coexist with clarity — and where even the wildest ideas can find a home under flickering neon lights.

This (new) server is intended to be a safe space where people can be positive about being disordered without being fakeclaimed, shunned, and harassed. I believe that the overwhelmingly negative view about ourselves that is promoted by most servers is not actually constructive to recovery. Whereas accepting and even romanticizing disordered aspects of ourselves is oftentimes more beneficial then hating a significant part of who we are. We are a recovery neutral space (your life, your choice). We also aim to avoid drama, anyone is welcome here unless they demonstrate otherwise. (respectful discourse is allowed, but fighting is not.)
This is a new server, so new members will have input in the development of this community (if ur cool enough you can even become an admin).

United Through Psychosis is a global, peer-led community for people living with psychosis spectrum experiences. Through peer-facilitated support groups, shared spaces, meaningful friendships, engaging creative projects, and outreach efforts, we offer a safe, non-clinical environment where members can connect, be heard, and move forward together.

To help keep the community running, we ask members to join at a base tier of $5/month, collected through Patreon. These small recurring fees help us cover essential costs like moderator and group facilitator stipends, technical platform costs, and community-building efforts. This modest paywall also helps keep the space safe by encouraging genuine participation and filtering out bad actors. If the fee is a barrier, please reach out via our contact page. We’re glad to offer compassionate access on a case-by-case basis because we believe that everyone deserves support, no matter their financial situation.
