This server is an rp based on the new popular Game, Dispatch. The server takes place a few months after the end of the first season. We've also gone and mapped out most of the choices made during the Season so it's easy for others to follow along in the server. We have neat features such as.

Enhanced humans, creatures, and hybrids alike have roamed the Earth far before recorded history- albeit, few and far between. Most laid low, assisting locals of their lands with their abilities or living secluded with only taking what was needed. It wasn't until the widely spread broadcast of the death of the first publicly recognized hero Luna Nova seemingly at the hands of an enhanced group when governments worldwide created branches to monitor activity. Twenty years later and the vast majority of citizens, enhanced and unenhanced individuals alike, have a microchip implemented in an unspecified body part at birth or upon discovery. The governed branches of each country had evolved into a network of funded agencies who housed and monitored every movement of their strongest heroes and occasionally hired 'villains' for the entertainment of civilians. Many still became heroes for selfless reasons, while others thrived in the new environment where the more feats they had under their belts and the more favored they were by the public, the further up and in luxury they would be able to live. However, as these agencies begin to reveal their true colors in the face of true foes, a power shift begins...

Heroism is now a career path, allowing metahumans and brave normal humans to work as heroes rather than struggling to balance heroism with a 9-5 shift. With this change and the popularizing of the internet and social media came a race for popularity.
Heroes now regularly compete to be famous. The smarter heroes picking an audience and playing to those people with their personality and costume design. The greater the acts of heroism, the further the spread is online and the more popular the hero is. At least, that's the ideal... With Millennial heroes came a shift. Outright acts of heroism still performed regularly, yet mixed heavily with the idea of popularity. The popularity of a hero often directly related to their wealth and success.
Yet, even amongst all the heroes vying for the public’s attention, some remain in the shadows, hiding from the camera to do their job. Some such heroes became famous, even legendary, despite their best efforts. The Legacies of their generation, gathering fame through mystique or through feats. And beyond them, plenty have fallen to their more depraved urges, terrorizing nations and individuals alike.
