In 6,026 AS, it's been 1,013 years since the franchise's events. Everything went wrong 73 years ago.
A disease breaks out into Pyrrhia from a group of rogue Nightwing scientists. Hundreds and thousands of dragons die in a year. Entire kingdoms and territories are evacuated and moved. This disease is named Decay.
More is being learned about the sickness each day as it evolves. Scientists desperately try to find a cure, but the disease evolves and mutates again every time they think they've gotten it.
Travel between the two continents is re-established, but many fear a war between the hivewings and silkwings may break out any day. Dragons have adjusted to this new way of life, and many have lived their whole lives without knowing the old Sea, Mud, or Rain kingdoms.

When Scorch seized control of the SandWing Kingdom, his unorthodox rise sent shockwaves across the continent. Unconcerned with popularity, he sought power and quickly invaded the vulnerable SkyWing Kingdom. The SkyWings declared war, backed by their MudWing allies. Isolated, Scorch turned to the NightWings—elite warriors known for strategic warfare and deadly precision. Their terrifying king, Deathstrike, agreed to an alliance, shifting the balance. Unexpectedly, the IceWings also offered a temporary truce, driven by their hatred of the SkyWings. Scorch accepted, solidifying a formidable coalition.
The war raged for three brutal years. Tens of thousands died, and the continent was reshaped. In the end, Scorch emerged victorious, annexing the SkyWings. However, peace came with terms—he could not expand his empire by force again. Though the war ended, tension still lingers. Old wounds fester, and resentment smolders beneath a fragile peace nearly a decade later.
Meanwhile, across the sea in Pantala, a mysterious firestorm spread. At first blamed on rogue flamesilks, the devastation soon escalated beyond explanation. Entire forests and cities burned, including the powerful Tsetse Hive. A single figure emerged—a dragon clad in blackened armor, untouched by flame. He was known only as the Dark Knight, a nameless terror who left destruction in his wake. No tribe claimed him. No one understood his purpose. But all feared the shadow he cast.

Years ago, strange lights appeared on the horizon—storms, scavengers’ tricks, or echoes of old animus magic, some said. Adventurers chased them; none returned… or came back changed, speaking in riddles of “a kingdom that was never lost, only waiting.”
Dragons now pour forth from the Poison Jungle's shores.
From hidden rocks along the coast, dragons emerge: midnight scales shimmering like the night sky, wings patterned with silver and indigo constellations. They call their underground realm New Home.
At its heart reigns Queen NightScape, whose voice whispers through minds—ancient, calm, impossible to ignore.
She asks for sanctuary.
But if that’s true… why hide? Why emerge now?

# WoF: Fractured Unity
A 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 Alternate Universe RP

Years ago the SkyWings, RainWings and SandWings united under a single banner of Unity , ushering an age of prosperity for these tribes that lasted over a century.
Yet with this prosperity came a new blight - Hybrids. With differing tribes living amongst each other the sight of such *"crimes"* walking upon Pyrrhia had begun to be a common sight. And so in order to preserve the purity of their tribes Hybrids were outlawed. Eggs were taken, dragons cast out.
A sudden storm. As if Karma rained down from the heavens above an age of scarcity was brought upon the lands of Pyrrhia. Crops failed and animal herds lessened leaving many desperate for the one fuel of life *Food*. Dragons began to flee from their homelands.
The SkyWings were the first to break apart from their old allies. Grasping at whatever territory they could grab from the old Unity before the other tribes could react.
RainWings and SandWings followed as conflict quickly engulfed the three old allies.
The Unity had shattered in fire and blood.
# The war begun
➤ The SkyWings allied with the MudWings creating one of the conflicts strongest military forces.
➤ The SandWings formed an alliance with the IceWings - turning the two rivalling tribes into unlikely allies.
➤ The RainWings allied with the NightWings. Providing protection from the sky-mud alliance in return for their prophecies.
➤ The SeaWings remain neutral, finding that they had little stake in the squabbles of those on land.

Both dragon continents have maintained contact and bettered their relationships, going so far as to establish trade and immigration routes along the string of islands between them. For hundreds of years, peace has been on the rise between the ten tribes, with fewer border skirmishes and more communication and acceptance, and celebrations across Pyrrhia welcome all tribes into the festivities.
➻❥ However, trouble brews: while the new Sandwing queen raises the desert to its full potential, the Seawings and Mudwings find themselves at odds, skirmishing over personal slights as tensions grow. The war on Pantala has subsided with the death of Leafwing queen Manchineel, but tensions remain high as the continent awaits the decrees of their new ruler. Around the world, hybrids are just as likely to be accepted as they are persecuted, and a new threat has been simmering in Pyrrhia, lurking in the shadows.

Far out in the ocean lies Partoya, a continent that has been lost to time and left alone for thousands of years.
The water around the land is a mystery. Ships can sail toward the island easily, but the water pushes back with the exact same strength if they try to sail away, trapping everyone on the shore.
The air itself is thick with static electricity. For any creature, the sky is a dangerous trap. If they try to fly high above the trees, the electric charge becomes so strong that it freezes their wing muscles, causing them to fall back down onto the continent.
But a group of dragons who were tired being bullied, or who had no where to go decided to take sail away from pyrrhia. They didn't know what they'd find their only plan sailing the seas. Suddenly a thick fog surrounded the ship. The captain tried turning around but couldn't. They then crashed onto the island around an hour later.
Eventually the first group made it into a sanctuary and the captain had an animus enchant her ship so she can sail out and recruit and help more dragons and bring them to the sanctuary.

The Nightwings have partially moved back to the old Night Kingdom. And the Mudwings are on the brink of war as they try to expand their territory.
