Destiny's Crossroad is a Pre FFVII Remake Roleplay Server that plans to go back to the roots of FFVII and explore different outcomes.

Mako useage is on the rise as Midgar continues its progress under the greed of Shinra. But all is not lost as Avalance aims to free the mother of us all that is the planet. Join them in the fight against Shinra or join Shinra in their mission of greed and progress

The planet cries out in pain, the Lifestream surging beneath the surface as it whispers for a Guardian to come to its aid. If only the Cetra were still around... yet hope remains as long as Aerith remains safe, or perhaps there is another?

Every life, every battle, every whispered promise eventually returns to the Planet. Memories sink into the Lifestream, dissolving into the vast consciousness that binds all living things together. In time, those memories fade into quiet history.
Or at least… they are supposed to.
Something has begun to stir within the Planet’s memory. Across Gaia, strange echoes are surfacing. People remember conversations that never happened. Soldiers recall battles that ended differently. Entire places feel familiar despite never having been seen before. A lingering sense of déjà vu follows many like a shadow.
Fragments of other possibilities are bleeding through.
Somewhere in the Lifestream, the boundaries between timelines have begun to weaken. Choices once sealed into history now ripple outward, creating alternate paths where events unfolded differently. A city may stand tall in one echo and lie in ruin in another. A hero may have fallen in one world and survived in the next. Enemies thought defeated may walk again in unfamiliar forms.

BREAKING NEWS: MIDGAR DECLARED RESTRICTED ZONE — EMW ASSUMES FULL OPERATIONAL CONTROL

EDGE — In a decisive move earlier today, Eidolon Mobile Worker (EMW) Corporation officially announced the full closure of the Midgar ruins to all unauthorized personnel, citing escalating safety concerns and the need for controlled reclamation efforts.

The former megacity, long left in a state of devastation following the Meteorfall crisis and subsequent events, has now been designated a Controlled Hazard and Exclusion Zone. Effective immediately, all entry, salvage, and operational activity within Midgar’s perimeter requires formal authorization through EMW.

WHY NOW?

According to EMW’s Hazard Control Division, recent surveys have confirmed that conditions within Midgar remain “extremely volatile and life-threatening,” with key risks including:

-High concentrations of hostile monsters occupying collapsed sectors and reactor remains.

-Persistent mako contamination, posing severe health risks to unprotected individuals.

-Widespread structural instability, with entire plate sections at risk of sudden collapse.

“Uncoordinated efforts have already cost too many lives,” an EMW spokesperson stated. “This action ensures that reclamation proceeds safely, and that preventable loss of life is minimized.”

AVALANCHE: Lifeblood is a roleplay server focusing on a group of planetologists, as well as those who oppose them. You can either choose to fight for the planet and the liberation of Midgar, or continue to maintain Shinra’s chokehold, with both canon character claims and OCs encouraged. Our goal is to foster player involvement in the overarching customizeable server plot, and to have fun pitting our characters against each other.

Some reasons to join the fray are:
- Helpful and friendly staff that maintain a safe environment free of homophobia, transphobia, racism, sexism, ableism, and other forms of bigotry
- A tight-knit but welcoming community
- Many open main character claims
- Literate to advanced literate writing standards
-The ability to create and run custom AVALANCHE cells
