Strings of terrorist attacks were committed throughout various nations, and the united efforts of nations were uncoordinated and struggled to effectively shut down the extremist organization. Cities and civilian regions fell into anarchy, and entire civilizations crumbled to the Black Order.

Now under the authority of the newly formed Global Alliance, a Unified Coalition Forces base was formed in Shiloh, Osea. Based at Nares Air Force Base, pilots from all around the world band together to combat the threats of the Black Order. In 201, an international terrorist organization known as A United Dawn suddenly attacked, plunging the whole world into a global war and throwing the world's militaries in disarray.

Amidst the chaos of an unforeseen war, a group of pilots had assembled for a joint IUN exercise when connection to the outside world was lost. The pilots were soon thrown into an ad-hoc squadron, the first of its kind: The 1st Combined Allied Air Division. Time and again, they foiled the AUD from accomplishing their mission- often at great sacrifice.

Those who have fought the enemy know firsthand that this is not a war between nations or for resources, but a war for survival. Everything rests in the hands of the capable pilots of Strangereal- To defeat the AUD and return peace to their nations.
