🌍 Global Micronation Union — How It Works

This is a global political simulation where players create and manage micronations (countries) and participate in international politics inspired by systems like the ****.

🇳🇱 1. Micronations (Countries)

Players can create a micronation. Each country is fully independent and can choose its own political system.

A country may have:

- 🗳️ Elections with political parties
- 👤 Elections without parties (independent candidates only)
- 👑 A single leader with direct rule

Both large and small countries are allowed.

🗳️ 2. National Elections (Optional System)

Countries that choose democracy can hold elections.

- Players vote for candidates or parties (if they exist)
- The country decides how representatives are selected
- Smaller nations may skip parties completely and use direct elections

🏛️ 3. Parliament System

Each country sends exactly 5 Members of Parliament (MPs).

- MPs represent the country in global decisions
- Each MP has 1 vote in Parliament
- Countries decide internally how their 5 MPs are chosen

Each country sends 2 Commissioners.

- Commissioners help create international policies
- They work together across all nations
- They prepare proposals for Parliament

All countries participate in a global union where they:

- Debate laws in Parliament
- Create policies in the Commission
- Negotiate diplomacy between nations
- Vote on global decisions

🏛️ Parliament:

- Each MP = 1 vote
- Majority vote decides outcomes

⚙️ Commission:

- Proposes and drafts policies
- Works with Parliament for approval
