Information About the Crew
The crew is split into divisions where each division has their own ship, crew, and division commander. These division crews will still fly under our flag and name but just be on different ships. Each person in these division will have their own roles. If you already have a crew then you can join our fleet and still be apart of the community!

Roles

Swordsmen - Specializes in combat with swords.
Shipwright - Fixes and repairs the ship.
Navigator - Guides the ships and is in charge of all navigation.
Helmsman - Drives the ship and protects it.
Cook - Cooks meals and gathers food for the crew.
Sniper - Specializes in long-range combat.
Doctor - Heals and takes cares of the crew.
Blacksmith - Crafts weapons for the crew to use and also knows how to fight with the weapons.
Assassins- People who are good at fighting and move swiftly.
Bounty Hunters - Hunts down pirates with a bounty to help gain funds for the crew and help bring down notorious enemies.
Beast Tamers - Specializes in taming mounts for the crew to utilize.

Black Hawk Pirates is a structured RELL Seas crew built for players who want organization, progression, and long-term dominance.

This server is the operational center of the Black Hawk Pirates. Every system, from training to promotions, is handled here with clear rules and leadership. Members are not just names on a list. Everyone has a role, a purpose, and a path forward.

All new members begin in the Open Division.

The Open Division is given upon joining and is open to all players. It exists for basic missions, events, and training sessions. This division allows leadership to observe activity, teamwork, and improvement before placing members into a permanent division. No pressure, no favoritism. Performance decides everything.

Once evaluated, members are placed into one of three core divisions:

• 1st Division is the elite unit. Limited slots, high standards, and top-level combat and coordination.
