About Us:
Go Outside is a social challenge and content project that helps people spend less time on their phones and more time outdoors. We also post that encourage anyone to go outside for at least 10 minutes phone‑free, then claim their suburb on our public scoreboard. Our goal is to get thousands of people outside and prove it with real, trackable progress.

How To Support This:
The main ways to can support this is just spend at least 10mins of Exercise or Time Outside a day. By stepping away from your screen and into the fresh air, you’re helping to prove that small, collective actions can spark a massive cultural shift toward real-world connection. Your participation isn't just a personal win—it’s a contribution to your suburb’s legacy on the scoreboard and a signal to others to join the movement.

How to Join the Challenge:
1) Go outside for 10 minutes (NO PHONE).
2) Post on TikTok, Instagram or Youtube with #go_outside and your suburb:
Suburb: ____(Melbourne only). You can also tag me, or DM @go_outside.com on TikTok with your suburb + the link. Or you can go to the official discord channel and upload a clip with your suburn in to join.
3) Your post must show you outside / touching grass, it is also recommended you have a maps/user tracking feature which will allow us to see where you walked along with the time. (your face is not required).
4) I’ll add your username + suburb to the scoreboard. If your suburb is already claimed, you still count — I’ll increase the post total.
5) Scoreboard updates: posted daily on my TikTok Story.
