It is the year of our Lord 1882, and the world could not be more different. Kings and Emperors rule the world, and vast empires stretch from continent to continent. Humanity is expanding faster than ever before, with the Second Industrial Revolution bringing forth new technologies and inventions. It is an exciting, adventurous time to be alive.
One that is soon to change.
Two factions from the stars, landed and slumbering for hundreds of years, are rising once more. Those ancient kingdoms and empires have faced nothing like them before, and neither have the so called “Transformers”. The Autobots and Decepticons, chased from their homes with the Allspark, now must adapt to the world of the late 19th century. Allies and enemies are all around them, and tensions are high. Will you join Optimus Prime and defend humanity and freedom, or side with the Decepticons and attempt to start a new empire there?
Transformers: Turn of the Century is a brand new TF:RP server based around the comic Hearts of Steel. In it the transformers awaken in the late 19th century, an era full of steampunk vehicles and a wildly different landscape. Somethings appear the same, other things are different. it takes time to get used to it. You have entered a realm where snippets of several universes have melted together, or are in the process of doing so. We do not know what or who has caused this. You have entered a multiverse in which Cybertron has been rebuilt to it's former glory. Residents live happy and from what seems in harmony. Spacebridges are functional now that Cybertron is capable of creating life again. Take a look around, the ruins are rebuilt. But do not be fooled by this comfortable blanket of peace and quiet. There are groups who'se views of peace and glory do not align with the current situation....
Yes there are still Autobots and Decepticons around. the galaxy is big. Humans are aware of our existence. But this alliance is not without risks. The Autobots have kept Humanity safe from the destruction of the Decepticons, and other less peaceful alien species. We have earned our residence on their planet. but we were forced to teach humans about our technology, they have technology that can be used against us.

Cybertron is dead. What remains of its people are now locked in a bitter struggle that decides the fate of their race. The war has consumed stars and ravaged entire systems. And now, the frontiers of war have expanded to corners of the Galaxy untouched: Earth.
On the frozen fields of Europa, the Autobot mining crew, the Axalon, has a fateful encounter with the Darksyde Battalion, a Decepticon Warship commanded by the General Megatron of the Decepticon Empire. Their battle left both vessels damaged and forced to make descent onto the planet of Earth. Plummeting through the skies to what seems to be their inevitable demise, they find themselves stranded in the middle of the Mojave Desert.
In this arid void, the tides of war begin to shift. The fabled Last Prime emerges from the sands victorious. Megatron has begun to converge his power to usurp the throne from the Emperor of Destruction: Megazarak.

The War for Cybertron is in its opening days. The Functionist Senate is dead, and in its wake lie two warring factions: the Autobots, who fight for planetary peace, and the Decepticons, who fight for global control. Pick your faction, or don't- Cybertron is an open warzone where everybody is doing what they can just to survive.
We are a transformers roleplay server with a setting based during the beginning days of a multi-million year long war. Our roleplay takes place on Cybertron, the home planet of the Transformers, where a multitude of different types of roleplay can be done- including, but not limited to: combat, narrative, and novella.
We offer a custom continuity written by our staff team with influences coming from differing Transformers media, resulting in our own lore that allows characters to be roleplayed from most, but not all, continuities. Our staff team is dedicated to answering questions as they come up, reviewing character submissions to ensure quality, and progressing the plot of the server through planning events. In spite of this, Cybertron is stronger than it has ever been. It has recaptured its Colony worlds, Conquered new ones, and regained its former glory. However, that doesn’t mean there aren't any problems. Hidden figures still affect the politics of the empire and wish to gain at its expense, and there are still Autobots and Decepticons alike opposing the new status quo. What will happen, will the turmoil continue, will the Autobots retake Cybertron? You can help decide the outcome.

Welcome to TRANSFORMERS IGNITION, a roleplay server based on our favorite robots. The server is just starting out, and we're still setting some things into place, but we're trucking along (Hah) pretty well so far!
STORY:
The Autobots and Decepticons blast off into a new story! After the desolation of their planet from a dangerous bioweapon, the Decepticons left Cybertron in search of a new world to conquer. That led them to Planet Earth, where they were trailed and engaged by the Autobots. Their collision with the planet led to a secret war between both factions...
That was fifteen years ago. After their discovery by the humans, the Autobots have become valiant protectors of the planet, working with the joint organization, Earth Defense Command. They stand against the Decepticons and any other threats that rear their head...
Not content to slink back into the shadows, the Decepticons have turned their attention to Cybertron's ancient history. They seek an ancient relic that will help them terraform Earth, and finally rid themselves of BOTH the weak minded Autobots and the filthy humans...
One shall stand, one shall fall, right? The game is Autobot Vs Decepticon. Maximal Vs. Predacon. Which side will you join?

When the Autobots and Decepticons returned to Cybertron to finish the war, something... happened on Earth. A new virus was created, and it wiped out so many people.
Some special people had an antibody, making them immune. Resources are becoming scarce. People are fighting each other.
On Cybertron, the Decepticons won. Megatron now rules. The Autobots were forced into hiding, and they went back to Earth. So did some Decepticons to try and capture those rouge Cybertronians.
The state of the Earth left both Autobots and Decepticons shocked.
