Long ago, Chaos reshaped the universe in an event known as the Great Reformation, witnessed only by the Supreme Deity, the Demon King, the Sacred Tree, and Chaos itself. Chaos created humans, beastmen, vampires, and giants, prompting the Supreme Deity and Demon King to form the goddess and demon clans. After 200 years, sensing Chaos planned to erase all life out of boredom, the two deities united to seal it away, their only act of cooperation. Unable to coexist, they retreated to separate realms, while the Sacred Tree later gave rise to fairies. Now, 350 years after the Great Reformation, the Supreme Deity and Demon King battle for control of the abandoned lands, with an all-out war looming on the horizon.
