This server is a small but close community dedicated to recovering from trauma, especially cases of chronic trauma and dissociation, as well as mental health as a whole
We are a 16+ server with many channels; including channels to celebrate everyday wins, channels to just chat, and of course channels to vent (as long as you follow our short, but necessary blacklist)
You do not have to have issues with chronic trauma and dissociation to join; if you have a single trauma, or other mental illnesses like anxiety or depression, you're still more than welcome to join and work on living a better life with people who will support you
