**Our servers modpack requires at least 4-6gb of RAM and a decent cpu to run. With Figura, all active staff must be at maximum safety setting to ensure a proper experience.

This is a server for those interested in the Karyukai (geisha, maiko, and their culture). We often also discuss kimono, other japanese arts, and personal experiences relating to that kind of thing.

We are a chill and friendly server who welcomes anyone who enjoys talking about the karyukai! Even if you are interested but don't know much, we are happy to have you and answer any questions you might have.

Also! We don't really do events, and this is not a roleplay server or connected to a video game, and there is no voice chat.

In Pearl of Gion, we offer multiple roles and abilities. We are a roleplay server set in modern times, yet based on the historical Hanamachi Gion Kobu, in which the famous Geisha perform at night to their patrons. Not only will you be able to have fun, this experience teaches you many things about the mysterious 'Willow World'. We offer:

Maiko/geiko are female Japanese performing artists and entertainers trained in traditional Japanese performing arts styles, such as dance, music and singing, as well as being proficient conversationalists and hosts. Their distinct appearance is characterised by long, trailing kimono, traditional hairstyles and oshiroi make-up. Geisha entertain at parties known as ozashiki, often for the entertainment of wealthy clientele, as well as performing on stage and at festivals.
