We are an Online 6s League for Xbox X/S and PlayStation 5 on the current version of NHL. The league currently plays Sunday through Thursday at 10:00pm and 10:45pm Eastern Standard Time. Our seasons run for 7 weeks and are followed by playoffs. The IOHL offers a competitive experience with a laid-back mentality for the ultimate fun.

The HCA is an NHL25 simulation league with 24 teams as of its 13th season! GMs make decisions with other GMs and the commissioner plugs them into the game! Games are played and watched on youtube. Have fun!
