ӨᒪYMPЦƧ - ΉΛᒪF-BᒪӨӨD ΛƧᑕΣПƧIӨП
For thousands of years, the gods ruled over humanity, toying with them like a child in their play pen. From their lustful indulgences came the demigods. Children of gods and mortals, beings with a foot in each side. Half-Bloods lived in struggle, most dying before they reach adult hood. Seeing how their children faired against both monsters and the mortal world, the gods created a sanctuary for them. Camp Half-Blood, a place where they could learn to control and master their gifts. Eventually, when the gods saw fit they'd toss them back into the mortal world.
Twenty years ago is when everything changed. After Zeus' mysterious vanishing, the camps barriers fell and monsters invaded what was once a sanctuary. The gods, free from Zeus' word intervened, saving who they could and eventually rebuilding the camp. In honor of the fallen they dubbed it. "Camp New-Blood". As demigods grew and aged out of camp, a few of them proposed an idea to their parents. They knew that going to a mortal school would cause chaos and death. So.. They suggested that the gods create something new. A university for demigods. The gods considered the idea and ultimately decided to give it a test run with a few selective half-bloods. When it was a success they opened the university a year later.
Recently, monsters have begun to.. Evolve into creatures that the gods never predicted. Fear a new age of chaos worse than the era of the titans, the Olympians created Ascension. A path for half-bloods to grow beyond their mortal limits and become something.. Greater. With one foot on both sides of the world their children could grow and evolve.. Something the gods can no longer do.
The age of heroes is over! This begins. The Age Of Ascension!
