The world was completely changed when the Conduits showed up. People with powers aren't as accepted as we assumed. Instead, they're deemed Bioterrorists no matter how much good they do for most people.
The possibilities are vast in the Triple Threat, with: Karma Judgements, Bounties, Events. The government is cracking down on the conduits(superhumans), the Raura Freedom Group is fighting back, and the Citadel is looking to stir up even more discord among the people.
The stories of Cole Macgrath and Delsin Rowe are exempt from this universe, so the server is completely OC-only
