The year is 2008, and the sun has become to beam down on the streets of this small town in Oregon. Faces and bodies emerge from the rough previous spring, bold colors and features strutting down the sidewalks and through alleyways. Tanned skin, contour lips, and baggy shirts are sprinkled handful in this town, locals blending in with new faces with ease. Crayden Bay is effortlessly welcoming, unless you delve too far into its history.

In this small town, most locals and natives care less about the new families, new faces, and new people trying to find a life in this town. The efforts of wannabe locals never go unnoticed, however, and there’s always an unsettling sense of dread once the dark of the night hits. Don’t dare speak on it, or you shall earn silence from the citizens of Crayden.

Most of the excitement comes from the INTERNET. Every person has a monitor and brick heavy microcomputer, as well as a specialized MySpace page, twinning with their Facebooks on which is updated daily. Google and YouTube scrolling and searching occupied a single day, and was sometimes preferred over spending time outside with friends or family.

Here in Crayden Bay, there’s always something to do. Somewhere to mingle, such as the Club Neon or the Bar, or even heading down to the famous Pigeon Pizza and restaurants littered around the town. There’s always the library to further educate your questions and assumptions, as well as the Market Square where you can get your hair done or work out. In addition, there’s also multiple job opportunities, from working at one of the food services to working at the offices scattered around the town.

There’s always a spot for a new face here, but just remember.. Don’t explore too deep.
