Not long before the second incident, only about a year and a half back. People lived rather normally, enjoyed their nights and ate their bread. There were still scandals and covered up experiments, because what would a make a city if not the secrets?
Hey hey! Like Akira? Wanna roleplay as the characters and see their day-to-day?
Well, I got the server for you! Neo Tokyo's Inhabitants offers all of that and more! The server is still new, so improvements and the story are still being worked on!
The server is anime only, we do have manga characters but they will be changed slightly to fit the anime. There will also be custom characters ready for claiming in order to flesh out the world a little more!
What we have now:
- OCs, custom places and groups are free to make! Creativity helps roleplays, so denying something like that would be silly
- A small and non-toxic environment! The members here are pretty nice!
- No AI! We don't accept any usage of it, whether it be for original creations or roleplays.

We are a semi-serious ArmA 3 unit that simulates a multinational Task Force, but are not limited to that and do other settings on the side. We are looking for members in every department. Our Operation style is built around a Motorized Infantry element, supported by Recon, Artillery and Helicopters. We prefer to balance the fun and challenging aspects of the game. Standard procedures and a chain of command keep things organized during Ops. If you are new to the game, the unit offers to show you the basics and train you in a role of your choice.

At Unqualified Minds, we don't have reserved or trained slots. Instead, we expect a sense of maturity and mutual trust from our members. For example, if you want to pilot and can demonstrate your skills, then you can pilot for that operation. It's as simple as that. Additionally, we do role-slotting via the Apollo bot or spreadsheets before operation start.

Our 'vibe' is centred around the fun and enjoyment, With NO Mandatory attendance!. Whether it be in Arma 3 or other games; all are welcome. But primarily we are a community of ArmA 3 players that run a unit on good vibes, and our top priority is ensuring that you vibe with us and maybe even make some new friends along the way.
We host operations/missions all throughout the week & weekends between 1700 and 2100 Europe (GMT) Western Europe Time, and we also run joint operations with other units to connect with fellow ArmA 3 enthusiasts.
| This is what we expect of you:
• Recruits must complete Basic training (takes ~20 minutes) which is held twice a month or fill out a google form (takes ~a few minutes) to apply for SKIPPING the training ENTIRELY.
• Member must meet the expectations listed in Unqualified Minds📜┃rules at all times.
