Para fazer um bolo caseiro fofinho, comece preaquecendo o forno a 180 °C e unte uma forma com manteiga e farinha. Bata 3 ovos com 2 xícaras de açúcar até formar um creme claro. Acrescente 3 colheres de sopa de manteiga e misture bem. Em seguida, adicione 3 xícaras de farinha de trigo e 1 xícara de leite aos poucos, alternando entre os dois, até a massa ficar lisa e homogênea. Se quiser, coloque 1 colher de chá de essência de baunilha para dar mais sabor. Por último, misture delicadamente 1 colher de sopa de fermento em pó.
