Sigma Security Group
We are an international PMC unit called Sigma Security Group who have around 15 - 25 people per operation on average, depending on when the op is hosted.
Our operations and events are hosted 7 days a week. Above all we prioritize entertainment
About Sigma Security Group:
- Flexible attendance, attend ops whenever you want, we only mandate a short 5 minute interview and 45 minute newcomer training (can be shorter depending on experience). Other than those, you are not required to attend any other trainings or operations.
- Strict 16 plus age requirement.
- Open and unrestricted arsenal, as long as you follow some simple rules that we have, you can pretty much snaz up your kit to your liking :slight_smile:
- We prioritise entertainment, we understand that you are here to have fun and that it's a game.
- We use the following mods: ACRE, KAT, ACE, RHS, etc. (Single modpack, size ~85GB html avail.)
- All Steam workshop Mods
- Flexible roles, each operation you can choose a different role without any prior training necessary (exception: Leadership), as long as you are confident in your performance in said role. Some of these roles are reservable prior to operation.
- We have multiple zeuses, with still plenty of space for more, who host ops throughout the week across multiple time zones, we sometimes get 2 ops a day!
- Various operation types, due to the variety of zeuses we get a lot of different operation experiences, so it rarely becomes stale with new creativity coming in each op.
- In depth trainings on request, provided by friendly Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in that specific area, if you want to learn something, here is the place!
- We are always open to all ranges of playtime, from 0 - 20k hours in Arma 3 we are a unit ready to take you in

After I moved between several milsim units that never quite hit the spot, I eventually found Sigma Security Group, and it was exactly what I had been looking for. It strikes the perfect balance between realism and enjoyment, creating an environment that's immersive, rewarding, and genuinely fun to be a part of.
The people here are fantastic, and it's a community not just an Arma 3 unit who gather once a week, it's constant engagement. Whether playing other games, chatting in Discord, watching the world cup, or taking part in actual operations (which we are actually here for), there's always something going on and people to spend some quality time with.
I've called Sigma home for several years now. During that time I've occasionally looked around to see if there were other groups where I could squeeze in a few extra operations, but I've never found another community quite like it. There always seems to be something missing with other units, a small part that I find difficult to play because I am so spoilt with being apart of SSG.
The unit combines realistic gameplay with relaxed attendance expectations, while still maintaining coordination, high attendance count and effective leadership. It's serious when it needs to be, but never at the expense of people enjoying themselves.
I'd highly recommend giving Sigma Security Group a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed and if you are, I owe you 100 snekcoin :D

Great Milsim community for beginners as well as veterans

After a ten-year break from Arma 3, I started looking for a serious milsim group about half a year ago. What I found was a very welcoming community that actively and successfully integrates players of all skill levels. Whether you are a beginner or a veteran, you will find enjoyment both during and outside of Arma 3 operations. You can remain a rifleman if you choose, or take part in workshops led by SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to deepen your knowledge in specific areas. There are no obligations apart from a one-hour onboarding, but there are many operations run by different Zeuses, ensuring plenty of opportunities to enjoy Arma 3.
