Curse of the Stars

Many moons ago, there were five clans.

Thunderclan, Riverclan, Windclan, Shadowclan, and Skyclan no longer exist, having faced utter destruction after moons upon moons of brutal warfare. Starclan, appalled by the brutality of their creations, selected one cat from each group to be spared from the violence. Aware that blessings had not stopped the violence before, Starclan bestowed curses upon the new clans, not to suffer from but to use against their enemies. Now, after almost a thousand moons of warfare, the clans have entered an uneasy peace. Starclan, who had seemed calloused to the struggles below the stars, sent a prophecy to stop the never ending spats. You’d ought to wonder how long this peace will last.
