In the 1960's a child was born in Sota City with peculiar powers which allowed him mastery over the wind. The government found out and took the boy away from his family to be trained as a human weapon. Fast-forward to the 1980's and super powers are now becoming a wide spread phenomena and are changing the world as we know it! The year is now 2040 and the city is amok with heroes who follow a strict set of rules and apprehend villains, vigilantes who take the law into their owns hands and deliver justice, and villains who keep making life difficult for everyone else!

So what will you choose? Will you rise through the ranks and become the greatest hero out there? Do you want to dole out punishment on your own terms as a Vigilante?
