My name is Fitz, and I'm the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of The Server Company. I've been passionate about Discord since 2017. What started as simply joining communities quickly became a passion for understanding what makes them successful. I became fascinated by server organization, leadership, moderation, member engagement, permissions, onboarding, and the systems that allow communities to grow and thrive.

Over the years, I've had the opportunity to help build and manage Jack & AJ's Discord community from the ground up, helping it grow into a thriving community of more than 5,000 members. I also founded and managed my own community, Pridely, which grew to over 2,500 members. Beyond those experiences, I've worked with several other Discord communities in development, consulting, management, and leadership roles. Every community has been different, and every project has taught me something new that continues to shape the way I build communities today.

I created The Server Company because I believe Discord communities deserve the same level of professionalism as any successful business. A Discord server is often the first impression of a brand, creator, or organization, and I believe every community should be organized, welcoming, scalable, secure, and built with purpose.
