It’s a mostly safe server to talk about whatever you feel like, but please remember to blur uncomforting topics, as comfort is priority.

Anika's Therapy is a server consisting of volunteer therapists who are willing to help you with anything you might be struggling with, whether it is depression, bullying, or even a bad day. We have knowledgeable, experienced therapists who will help you in any way they can.

Our community is LGBTQ+ friendly, with supportive staff who will provide you will try their best to provide you with the help you need. We work to maintain a safe space where members can express themselves freely and seek advice for any problems they face. Our therapists are well aware of the many mental health illnesses/ disorders and can provide you with resources/ methods to aid said issues.

What we offer:
-a safe space/ hangout
-1 on 1 sessions with you and the therapists in the server
-open staff applications
-daily activities (qotd, fotd, etc)
-kind staff

We are all volunteers and try our very best to get you the help you need. However if you are seeking professional help, please call or text 988 (mental health hotline).
If you have legitimate issues you would like to discuss with a therapist at our server, feel free to join! Our staff members are always open to help :)
