-- Tensions in the districts have been brewing for decades, people of every kind have finally begun to take initiative. the citizens of panem are determined to shake the capitol's iron-tight hold, and are ready to advance any means necessary to get what they want. victors have been disappearing or passing away by the year, and the remaining survivors have determined that something very sinister is underway. tributes in the games have made secret alliances, and have declared how determined they've become to bend the restriction the capital declares, regardless of how dangerous it could be. deep in the shadows, a secret society is forming, and it seems to be only a matter of time until every dark secret comes to life.
