Sentientism is an explicitly naturalistic philosophy or worldview which applies evidence and reason while granting moral consideration to all sentient beings.

Sentient beings are those that have experiences, both suffering and flourishing. Sentient beings today include both human and non-human animals, although looking to the future could potentially include artificial and alien intelligences should we create or encounter them.
