welcome, our story begins in 1564...

a few years after mary, queen of scots has returns to scotland. while to the rest of europe, it is stable, in reality it is fragile held together by treaties, uneasy nobles, and the long shadow of england. mary stuart has fought her wars. now she must fight time, legacy, and prophecy while her daughter — like many other royal children — are growing up caught between being a longing to be a kid who wants freedom and a future ruler the country needs.

while france is caught in a long reigning religious war, england is coming for scotland and it's throne. while mary tries to keep the peace in scotland. the next generation of rulers must rise, will they change history, or will they meet the same fate? how long will they reign?
