Ordinal Scale, Activate!
In the year 2026, a piece of technology has been taking over Japan. The portable Augmented Reality device: The Augma. Whereas FullDive technology would trap you within it, and keep you bedridden, the Augma allows for people to stay within the real world. By sending signals to your brain, it allows you to experience all sorts of new things!
Many shops and stores have collaborated with this device, offering coupons and tie-ins for games. Experiences with movies and TV have changed, and a world growing dreary is filled with new light!
Out of the many things to release with the Augma, a game known as Ordinal Scale was released. The first ARMMORPG to come into creation, the game focuses around combat against the forces of a world parallel to ours: Unital.
Amongst the many players who have come to play, why don’t you do the same!

Welcome to SAO : Augmented World! We are an RP set within the Ordinal Scale arc of Sword Art Online. This is a semi-lit to literate server, which allows both OCs and Canons to partake in the story here, and their involvement will have the chance to change the way our story progresses! We aren’t strict about things like stats, so long as you keep your characters abilities within reason!
