Heylo! This server was formed on the 11th of May, 2026. We seek new members to make this small smp into a larger community!

The Virdanel Empire was once a vast, wealthy civilization where prosperity was widespread and hunger was rare. It was said to have been born from a great magical tree that gave rise to gods and fae, though over centuries its divine origins faded into myth, leaving only a sacred crater where rulers once made pilgrimage.

In its final generations, faith in these origins declined as corruption spread through the aristocracy. Then came unending rains that escalated into catastrophic storms, destabilizing the land and ultimately triggering a massive flood that erased the imperial capital and killed the royal council. Only scattered noble survivors remained.

After the waters receded, the mythic floating island Elysia rose again from the crater, revealing the legendary tree. With no central authority left, four noble houses claimed succession, splitting the empire into four rival kingdoms whose people divided with them. Though still in conflict, the kingdoms now exist under a fragile ceasefire, all shaped by the memory of a drowned empire.

Years ago, there was a great war, dividing the nation. Then one day, a lone mage stood up and cleared the enemy nation. His story was formed into legend and became the first king.

Years later, the king then made nine Knight Squads. Each having their respected, and had the strongest and wisest be the Captains. Of such Squads.

They are the chosen ones to keep the kingdom safe from Outlaws, cults and whatever may be in their paths.
