"You are taken to a world where you can meet renowned Japanese writers of the past. Your task as a Special Duty Librarian (特務司書, or tokumu shisho), also known as Alchemist (アルケミスト), is to delve into tainted books (有碍書, yuugaisho) to purify them with parties composed of writers (文豪, bungou) to fight the Taints (侵蝕者, shinshokusha), who have tainted the books. To gain writers, you must transmigrate them by delving into ensouled books (有魂書, yuukonsho) or by meeting them while battling Taints in tainted books."

Bungou to Alchemist (文豪とアルケミスト), also known shortly as BunAl / BunAru (文アル) is a browser and mobile game about modern Japanese literature and authors by DMM GAMES launched in 2016. Since the game's launch, the franchise has grown and expanded to novels, stage plays and even anime.
Our server welcomes players of the game, fans of the BunAl anime (BunAni), BunAl stage plays (Bungeki) and Japanese literature. The community has been praised for being welcoming and helping, but also having vast knowledge about modern Japanese literature, that the series is about. All kind of BunAl fans can find their place on the server!
PLEASE DO NOTE THAT YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 15 YEARS OLD, OR OLDER TO JOIN THE SERVER! Remember to read the rules channel properly after you've joined!
