Its a bit chaotic a times and they can be pretty strict, but if you have any questions or concerns the staff will be there to help you. its such a blast at times, others its pretty quiet. hell, this server has saved me from wanting to do bad things to myself because of how lighthearted and fun it can be. the members are also wonderful, caring, and most the time very interactive. 10/10 server would recommend to any fellow trans person

I would recommend against joining this server and instead joining spaces where moderators don't have favoritism and hierarchies.

I had a lot of good experiences on this server and met some really great people. A handful of the staff are amazing and very good people. While I will not namedrop, two friends and I were making brain-rot jokes and here comes a veteran member of three years and server booster that absolutely hates it. Instead of kindly asking us to stop, they start cussing at us and treating us like we're genuinely below him because of our humor "why can't we talk like normal people" when we were clearly joking, something we were trying to explain to him while he was still aggressive with us. Then I try to de-escalate and calm down my friend and all I get met with is the veteran saying "Can you shut the fuck up you're not helping, I'm leaving" and NO ONE except my friend cared, like no one even acknowledged they cussed me out even though I said it, even the mod present in the chat. I even started crying and mentioned that this is horrible behavior just because I tried to help, and again, no further acknowledgement from the mod ACTIVE AND TYPING in the chat.

This is a clear example of their hierarchy and favoritism where older members and server boosters tend to get away with WAY MORE than normal members. I would recommend against joining this server.

I was an active member on this server for a couple months. Overall this server is more good than bad but I have some problems with it that led to me leaving the server. This is all personal opinion based on my experience not hard facts and may not represent everyone’s experience

the server size is small enough for messages to go at a rate slow enough where you can be noticed and hold conversation and fast enough for consistent talking maybe 1 message every 4 or 5 seconds.

I left for a mixture of things. For one some members on the server are often quite toxic towards new members. Members are often instantly judged being called bots, weird or are insulted in other ways based on choosing an odd mixture of roles or other things seen as “suspicious”. The server sees frequent trolls and chasers as a result of its soft verification system (this system exists to help the server grow). They most of the time they are dealt with quickly by staff. Overall the general chat does not keep its “only positive vibes”

When I refer to “staff” from now on I do not mean every staff member does this or does this every time I intend to not single out specific staff. I have two major issues with staff, first the difference in treatment between new and old members. Of course new members should be treated differently new members have less trust therefore smaller infractions result in bigger punishment. My issue is the extent this is done where new members are judged harder (things like bans) for the same action then older members who rarely receive any strong action against them other than off record warnings which can mostly be ignored as there isn’t a real consequence. (Cis individuals also seemed to receive harsher punishment) Some staff sometimes rather than solving conflict among members simply tell people to move on, this is not effective long term conflict management and leads to the same problem being repeated. I understand that they are allowed to do so based on the rules but that does not change what is best practice.

The server does do a pretty good job of keeping sensitive topics out of general through its extra channels for these. I am not saying the server is terrible or that I hate it or the staff, I hope in the future the server improves on these aspects I might return in the future to see a server I can love and that is good for my mental health again.
