Pollution and new diseases are what teetered humanity to its edge. As the world reaches a new crisis through the relentless advance of technology, Kemuri City (ケムリ市) becomes one of the largest industrial cities in the world. Now is the year is **2185**. Sharing borders with; China, North Korea, and Russia, this city-state caught rapid success in becoming an economic powerhouse that flourished with the help of corruption, filth, neon lights, and secrets. But humans are not alone: as a consequence of an unethical, yet successful manipulation of genomes and genetics made to save humanity from a deadly sickness called the Siberian Flu, some humans started to develop mutations. Scientists called this phenomenon, the Shikkan Effect, referring to the Japanese word for "disease". Humans and Shikkans coexist in a new world controlled by corporate greed, conspiracies, and technology. The Question Remains: What side will you choose?
