-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It all started in Qing Qing City, where a glowing baby was born to the world. This was the first recorded Meta Human Ability. In another timeline of events, this Glowing Baby was not the first to have a Meta Ability. Yet in this world, it was indeed the Glowing Child who was the First person to have what is referred to as a Quirk.

Yes indeed, the Struggle between One for All and All for One never occurred in this world, leading to a different age to occur. In the Chaos of the New world of meta-human abilities, a new Profession arises.

Heroes those who fight crime and serve the people against Villains, those who use their powers against the people to harm or endanger them.

Across the globe, heroes rose up as the symbols of peace and justice. Trained at prestigious schools heroes aim to save the people. Yet the system is based on trust and popularity. The Hero System of Japan and much of the world is determined by three factors.

Strength, the ability to save and rescue others. Fame is how much the population admires and looks up to them. Justice, the general good nature of a hero who helps his community and people.

Yet whenever there is a Bright light it casts a darker shadow.

A False Review Record

I'm leaving this review as an actual active member of this server.

First, I want to say the people are great. I came here a few months ago and invited three friends, and we've made good friends with even more members, and some of our own friends even accidentally found the same server. The OCs are great, there are systems to ensure everyone's quirks are unique, and player interaction is great. Villain activity so far is low, but that's because things are obviously still being figured out — plus, the role play as it is, is still pretty early on in the school year.

Second, I want to say the one star review is.. wildly incorrect. "I’ve been on this server since the first day and played actively, so this rating doesn’t come lightly." Is being written by a user who only has 200 messages in the server and hadn't talked for well over a month. When we found the review, a lot of the active players didn't even know the reviewer. "If you suggest events, your ideas are simply ignored" is simply untrue — but that's because nobody bothers to offer up event ideas. "What’s especially frustrating is that several users who are friends with the owner freely use abilities that have been officially banned." is also just simply put untrue. A complete lie. "If you point that out, you either get muted for a week or banned outright." is a wild thing to make up, when I have been active since the start and genuinely could not tell you a single time anyone has been muted or banned for anything other than being an art bot. The person who left this review also acts like they weren't given any options, when they were actually given permission to make the Vice Principal of UA — and yet never once roleplayed with them.

I'm not gonna make the whole review about the false one star. The server is fun, the people are good, and the story has potential. Please don't listen to people who have nothing better to do than lie about servers they leave.

Not Perfect, but a Place with Promise

Personally I dont think the One Star review fits the Server well though I've become more of a silent reader lately and am no longer very active myself. I still want to leave a fair and balanced review because I can see both clear strengths and areas that hold the server back from being truly great.

On the positive side, the server has a clean, well organized layout and the character creation templates are pretty okay. You can tell someone genuinely cares about making OCs feel unique and lore friendly. There's a friendly core of players who are easy to write with, and when a scene does get going the writing quality can be genuinely engaging. The occasional events that pop up are also okay but not the most creative ones, and I've had some lovely character interactions that kept me around before I went Inactive.

Activity is for the overall number of roleplayers the biggest hurdle, though. The main plot does progress, but it moves very slowly, which can test the patience of players trying to plan longer character arcs. But I kinda have to agree that the villain side in particular feels underused. There's really only one option if you want to be part of an organisation and it rarely sees meaningful play. The root issue seems to be that building up a proper story thread for villains requires patience and commitment from multiple sides, and that patience often isn't there. As a result, villain characters are left with little to do, which becomes frustrating over time. Communication about smaller events or player suggestions could also be more transparent. Ideas sometimes just seem to vanish, and a little more feedback from the team would go a long way.

But overall, I've seen a much harsher review of this server that honestly feels a bit over the top to me. At the same time, I don't think the server is currently at a four or five star level either. A solid three stars feels like the most honest rating right now. The foundation and the people are lovely, and there's clear potential. With a bit more narrative momentum and a genuine effort to make all character types, especially villains, feel included in ongoing stories, this place could easily climb higher. There's definitely room to grow.

I’ve been on this server since the first day and played actively, so this rating doesn’t come lightly. Unfortunately, the server in its current state is pretty inactive, and that’s not on the players, it’s due to structural issues.

There’s hardly any room for our OCs to grow and develop. For villains, only one single league is allowed, and even that one isn’t actively roleplayed. If you suggest events, your ideas are simply ignored, so new momentum never really happens. What’s especially frustrating is that several users who are friends with the owner freely use abilities that have been officially banned. If you point that out, you either get muted for a week or banned outright. So criticism or even just pointing things out is clearly not welcome.

On top of that, the team genuinely doesn’t know much about My Hero Academia. When you try to help out or contribute knowledge in a constructive way, you get insulted or warned instead. It just kills any motivation to engage. The server was doomed from the start, honestly the old owner made the worst possible mod the new owner, and since then the quality has gone downhill fast. A real shame, considering the potential this place once had. So I give the Server 1 from the previously 4 Stars it had from me
