Secrets of Locksville | RP

The town of Locksville. Founded in 1840, a relatively small town. Tight knit community with an atmosphere you can't exactly lose no matter how hard you try. On the surface, it's nice and quaint. That quality of it however is missing to those who truly live in the town. Whether it be the occasional men in black moving through, the abandoned homes with random candles inside, forming strange symbols, or the blood symbols found within the outskirts of town or the forest, Locksville has much more to it than meets the eye.

Going out at night is rumored to lead to kidnapping, many people having already disappeared from doing so. Strange noises can be heard from the woods at night, noises that sound inhuman. People gain strange feelings. The feeling of being watched, yet being alone at the same time. Everything conflicts with everything. It doesn't make sense, and doesn't feel natural.

Could it be a group of people playing a prank? A government conspiracy? Or perhaps something even more sinister? That's up to your characters to decide in their home. Whether they just moved or have stayed here for their whole life, one thing's for certain. Once you arrive, you'll wish to leave, but your body won't allow you, as if you're drawn to stay inside by whatever force.

So come, stay a while! It's a wonderful place full of the small town charms you'd expect, alongside strange occurrences that make you question your sanity. The year is 1995, and it's August 1st.. Enjoy!
