Within the busy city of New York, a hotel opens its doors. Advertised as a safe haven for those with powers with a rule of upmost importance: 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘂𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱. Permanent residence is permitted and even encouraged, though, we understand if you prefer to live on your own turf: the X-Mansion or the Avengers compound. But…we’d prefer it if you gave our humble establishment a chance.
