The Commonwealth of Agora

A real-time democracy experiment.

The Commonwealth of Agora is a Discord server built to test how people govern when power is temporary and rules are enforced. There is a fixed constitution, public lawmaking, and elections every 30 days. If you win office, you actually run the server. If you abuse power, you can be removed.

This is not roleplay and not a meme server. Laws are written in public. Records cannot be erased. One person, one vote.

We are currently in the collection phase. The first election begins when 40 active members join or after 14 days, whichever comes first.

If you enjoy debate, politics, governance, or watching power shift in real time, you’ll fit in. If you want chaos or attention without consequences, you won’t last.
