The best place to improve yourself

This is the place where I pushed beyond my limits and am very thankful for that. The server also has great advice if you need any and the people here are pretty cool too

The best Training server

This server has been a great boost to my training progress. this is the only server I am active on and I have had a lot of help and advice given to me when it came to the weightlifting, callisthenics and my mentality.
For example, since joining I have gotten my bench press pr to 1.5 time the weight of my original pr.I couldn't have done that without this server.
For anyone who wants to improve in anyway, physical or mentally, I would recommend this server to you.

This server is genuinely so cool, I joined this community a while ago when I was at a pretty low state and the people here have uplifted me and pushed me in the right direction of self improvement
