Together, they've faced many struggles, countless battles for the sake of the world and conflicts that threatened to tear them apart. But there is one force that even the world's greatest heroes can't combat: time. It waits for no one. And the truth is that many heroes and villains alike are starting to get on in years, so one must ask, what comes next?

Most of the Justice League aren't quite ready to hang up their capes, nor are the villains they fight, but the thought of who might take them up next lingers. Each and every one of them must make their own choice, when the time comes. Some might choose to pull away slowly, to coach their successor hands on. Others might persist, continuing on until their last breath. And others still might vanish one day completely, and trust that those who remain will know how to pickup the pieces.

And then the question falls to the younger generation: will they follow in their predecessors' footsteps or will they carve new paths for themselves? None of these answers need come at once, but one day, Justice will be Reborn.
