Hello! Welcome to the warm tropical climate on the island of Guam, where the sun is shining bright, the beaches are vast and beautiful and the water is absolutely stunning. Here located in Apra Harbor is the United States Navy's Naval Base Guam, in recent decades the base has expanded vastly especially with underground anchorages and new buildings coming up many replacing the previous ones. Unfortunately this is all due to the impending Abyssal threat that became a global terror around 15 years ago. They appeared in the Arctic in the late 2020's and have put humanity on the back foot. And have spent much of their time rapidly taking over uncolonized islands and land masses trying to force humanity from the sea and as far as anyone else can tell take Earth from the humans. Though thanks to efforts of all nations and the creation of ship souls the globe has assembled a line of defense for the Pacific at Guam, you join us at the newly christened Joint Naval Base Guam as humanity prepares to make its first strike with these new weapons of war against the Abyssal Menace!
