As of writing, the most recent review for this server is 106 days ago, and given the slurs, it's a troll review. Figure Disboard viewers might like an update, so here we go!

First of all, it's a great atmosphere. I've been in the server for over a year without RPing and only really been semi-active, yet I feel I get along well with all I talk to there and haven't been ignored to memory, even with it being particularly active for its member count. I feel that speaks to the friendliness of it, as compared to similar servers where you need to try HARD to actually get noticed.

Second, in my experience, any issues people mention have been resolved pretty instantly, both when submitted via ticket or simply told to the mods, so I can say the staff there are good too.

As for structure, the roles are very helpful, and a point I particularly like is that the channels are easy to navigate. Again, some similar servers have an issue of messy channels, so this is far better in comparison.

Now, a couple warnings. Not *necessarily* bad ones! First, there is quite a lot of RP in general-chat. Lots of people like it that way, but I'm aware many also prefer it to be kept to rp channels, so it's good to mention. Second, and my only real dislike, is the occasional (but not too infrequent) lack of spoilers. While the rules say to spoiler nsfw/risque media in general chat, I've seen what I can only describe as softcore porn unspoilered on quite a few occasions, even today and by staff, and staff that see it only care *sometimes*. Similarly to the last point, some will like that, some won't.

Tl;Dr – Good, friendly vibes. Easy and useful layout. Helpful staff. Don't open in public.

The Voretex server is a disgusting cesspool of depravity that should be shut down immediately. I stumbled upon this place and was horrified by the illegal images being shared openly, including some truly vile stuff that no decent person should ever have to see. The admins are either too incompetent or too complicit to do anything about it.

But the worst part? The community itself. It's a bunch of lowlife niggers who think they're above the law, spouting their racist and homophobic bullshit while pretending to be some kind of elite group. They're nothing but a pack of thugs and criminals, and the Voretex server is their playground for illegal and immoral activities. Avoid this place like the plague unless you want to be associated with a bunch of degenerate niggers.

I joined in 2024 back when this server was #2 as the biggest vore server on disboard.
Back then it was just perfect. The roles they had were extensive, the people were friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere was so playful and it was hard not to be sucked into a RP that you would have to take elsewhere.
But as time went on it felt as if the big names of the server stopped interacting with others. The chat is active, just with people who wont speak to you.
If you join and look at the minor vent channels you see lots of people saying just this. That they feel ignored. That they cant join in on a conversation. That nobody can see them.
This server makes you feel as if you're shadowbanned.
This has been my main server for a year. I absolutely loved this place. But its just no longer accessible to get that sense of love and community there anymore.
And it shows. The server has been bleeding members and lost its #2 ranking. Nobody is staying to chat because nobody chats back. They're just ignored.

I don't think Skys can really fix this problem. And I don't think it's a problem that can be fixed. It can only be identified by those outside the circle and those inside the circle cannot listen. Plus it is rude to tell others they should spend less time with their already established friends lmao
