Pretty soon, heroes gained popularity. Hero schools and agencies started to pop up everywhere as individuals tried their best to become heroes.
Now, in 2200, Heroes have taken society by storm. This doesn't mean that villains have slacked off however. Organized crime is also rising as more people realize the problems they might have no matter how selfish. ```

You are based in the spring of Seattle, Washington in the year 2001. Seattle is a city known to have big corporations along with more tech savvy advancements. There are a large amount of civilians, a decent amount of them having abilities. People with abilities have the options of either playing their part as regular citizens or something... *more*.
Supes/Heroes are a government-regulated part of a group called the LTP (Legion of The Paragons). The LTP is a skill-based position in which powered people who are granted a heroes license fight to keep the peace. All heroes have to take a series of tests to establish their mental and physical capabilities to handle hero work. Those who don't pass are denied a heroes license and are placed on file in case their denial of a license causes them to turn to Vigilantism, or worse.. Villainy. Those who pass the tests and are granted a heroes license receive pay and are offered great health benefits. Though, unfortunately, Sponsors can become a large player in how some heroes offer their services. How will *you* fare in a world of powered individuals?
Note: **This is a beginner-friendly roleplay and anyone is welcome to join!**
